Wet Nuns unveil new track and new E.P. Broken Teeth

It’s fair to say that 2012 was a massive year for Wet Nuns.

The hell-raising duo can look back on acclaimed performances at the Reading and Leeds Festivals, Bestival, Liverpool Sound City, The Great Escape, two riotous headline UK tours and taking home the gong for Video Of The Year at the Artrocker Awards. While they’ve been hotly-tipped by just about everyone, from BBC Radio 1’s Huw Stephens to the Arctic Monkeys’ Matt Helders, the NME, The Independent, The Guardian, and Clash.

Now those purveyors of death-blues are set to charge into 2013 with the release of a brand new EP ‘Broken Teeth’, a UK headline tour, their first US trip, and the launch of their very own festival 'Detestival' in March, featuring the likes of Toy, Wolf People, Bo Ningen, Temples, Hawk Eyes, and many more.

The forthcoming ‘Broken Teeth’ EP was recorded with Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys, The Fall, MIA, The Kills) at McCall Studios earlier this year and is set for release on February 18th, just ahead of the band hitting the road for a full UK tour starting in Newcastle on February 21st 2013.

Wet Nuns EP 'Broken Teeth' is available to pre-order now on limited edition heavyweight 12" vinyl from www.wetnuns.com. Full dates for the ‘Broken Teeth’ tour are also on-sale now from http://www.artistticket.com
